Under special directives from the Ministry of Energy, FESCO has accelerated its mandatory QR code verification campaign. According to FESCO Chief Executive Officer Engineer Mohammad Aamir, this digital step is aimed at making the cross-subsidy system highly transparent, preventing misuse, and ensuring financial relief only goes to deserving households.
Out of nearly 3.95 million eligible protected consumers in the FESCO region, over 2.2 million consumers have still not completed their verification. They are now at an immediate risk of losing their relief.

To secure your subsidy, do not wait for the next billing cycle. Follow these quick steps:
- Scan: Open your mobile camera or a QR scanner and scan the unique QR code printed on your latest original FESCO paper bill.
- Enter Details: The link will direct you to a secure portal. Enter your CNIC (National ID Card Number) and your registered mobile phone number.
- Verify: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. Enter this code on the screen to finalize your registration
